“Beach Day” is a “plein air” painting done on location in Dania Beach, Florida. It was actually Valentine’s Day when I painted that scene. I remember being drawn to the gentle breeze and light on the coconut palms. This piece comes ready to hang in a black and gold frame. Shipping is free!
This oil painting was created by building layers of paint on the canvas using both brush and palette knife. As an artist, I am particularly drawn to light and the horizon line.
